Dog boarding is by reservation only (no walk ins)
We reserve the right to close early should all guests who have scheduled bookings for that day have already arrived or departed.
We ask that customers please respect our opening hours.
Being a small hands on kennel the times when we are "closed" are essential for us to get supplies, maintain the grounds and catch up on all of the normal things in life.
Time spent waiting around for late arrivals takes away from time caring for the dogs and erodes my sanity ;) I understand that traffic can be unpredictable but expect that everyone should be able to arrive within the posted hours. If you wish to collect your dog on the way home from the airport please ensure you choose a flight that arrives early enough to do so. It is generally a good idea to allow around 2hrs from your flights expected arrival time to get to the kennels (longer for international flights).
If you return from your trip earlier than expected and want to collect your dog you are welcome to do so in our next available opening hours. However if you turn up out of hours as it was "on your way home" you will be turned away. If your dog has stayed 7 calendar days or longer they are entitled to a free hydrobath. Should you wish to collect your dog earlier than scheduled and still want to take advantage of this free bath you will be required to give 24hrs notice in order for the bath to be scheduled.
We accept Christmas holiday bookings for returning customers up to 12 months in advance.
New client Christmas bookings will be taken from 1st October 2013.
Reception will be closed from 25/12/13 to 2/1/14.
This means there will be no arrivals or departures during this period.

No booking is confirmed until deposit is paid. The deposit required is the minimum boarding charge (10 days). Should you need to cancel your booking the deposit is refundable provided we are able to rebook your space.
Please check your dates carefully. All bookings made for the months of December and January will be charged for the full amount of the booked period even if you drop off late or collect early.
We accept Easter bookings for returning customers up to 12 months in advance.
This Easter bookings will be available to returning customers only and must be booked prior to 5th March 2014.
Minimum booking period charge is 5 days.
